Domains are rented for a term. A renewal invoice is created before expiry and sent by e-mail. Unpaid domains may be lost after expiry.

Instantly delivered digital products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. If the script does not work as described and we cannot fix it, you may request a refund in writing within 14 days.
